  Let me start by saying my other half and I moved here from Tampa a few months ago. The only thing we've been missing is good sushi. Thankfully, we can enjoy it once again.
  We stopped at Sho Gun on a whim and are so glad we did. It was truly delicious - not just "this will do since it's the only sushi place here" good. We ordered an appetizer, a chef's special roll, and a couple of regular sushi rolls (and a few Victory Golden Monkeys). Everything was fantastic.
  Our service was excellent. It took hardly any time at all to get our food. Presentation was on point. The restaurant itself was very neat and new. And the beer menu had a few unexpected finds which was very pleasant. We will definitely make this a part of the regular date night rotation and look forward to returning.

  The food was fantastic! It was an unexpected treat to find a vegan friendly restaurant is a small town. The staff was friendly, fast, and efficient, and the food was delicious.

  This restaurant has been a fabulous Asian Food addition to Williston. Food and service are excellent well worth a visit sooner than later!
